Meet Coach Dylan Jacobsen
My fitness journey started when I was in my preteens, where Sport was a way of life for me, it was what I lived for and what drove me each and everyday.
However injury sidelined me from an Arizona and Brisbane scholarship for both swimming and athletics. After three severe spinal breaks, a caffeine induced stroke and a splenectomy, I am proudly in a position where I can pursue my passion for helping people achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals — having first hand rehab education along with many accolades ranging from kids development, speed and agility, sport science and a plethora diplomas making me exorbitantly qualified as a coach.
My expertise lie primarily in motorcross Conditioning, swimming and extreme sports endurance training — having produced many champions in all disciplines.
My latest development, is that I will be able to offer unparalleled services in online and remote coaching capacity, in addition to my one on one personal training.
Along with a tailored eating plan, exercise regime, I provide you with an all-inclusive supplement protocol to help you achieve your ultimate goal in fitness and extreme sport, specified for your genetic individuality.
