iOS vs Android

Good morning everybody,

I have been due for a contract upgrade since July 2017. I couldn’t decide on what to get as I have always used Samsung or Sony Xperia phones. I loved every minute and the reliability of my phones was out of this world. It was great to be able to say that when 95% of the iPhone users I knew had cracked screens or software issues. The confusion came in when I was toying with the possibility of moving to iPhone (out of my comfort zone). I didn’t know what to get.

On Saturday, 3rd of February 2018 I made my decision and went for the iPhone. So far so good. Within 48 hours I had the phone fully operational and found my way around it too easily. The iPhone is way more simple to use and has less options. This makes operating the phone easier and more efficient as there is less to fiddle with.

This speaks to me. We often over complicate our training with having too many options, too many opinions and just trying to get too fancy with the movements and diets. Keep to the basics, focus on your natural/primitive movements and build you a solid foundation. Then start adding the filters and fancy options.

Simplicity is the key to a successful life.

Train simple, eat simple , think simple and you have less wasted energy and stress on useless things!

That’s a positive goal to drive for. As I age….simplicity is becoming the key. Thanks for the reminder.

    1. Only a pleasure. We naturally over complicate everything. Ultimately it leads to unhappy and demotivated people. We need less to be more positive
